Nefrogem Forte, a combination of N- Acetylcysteine and Pyridoxamine dihydrochloride (a vitamin B6 derivative), mainly used as renal antioxidant and to maintain metabolic energy for chronic kidney patients with diabetes and hypertension. It helps preventing microalbuminuria, renal tubular damage by free radicals, maintains cell volume, helps reverting paracetamol poisoning in the case of acute kidney injury and metabolism of protein, fat, carbohydrate and lipid peroxidation.
