Nefrogem, a combination of N- Acetylcysteine and Taurine, mainly used as renal antioxidant and osmoregulator for diabetic kidney patients.
It helps preventing microalbuminuria, renal tubular damage by free radicals, maintains cell volume and help reverting paracetamol poisoning in the case of acute kidney injury.
