This triple combination tablet provides powerful relief from pain, inflammation and swelling. Aceclofenac reduces inflammation and pain at the source by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Whereas Paracetamol enhances the analgesic and antipyretic effect through central action. Moreover, Serratiopeptidase enzymatically breaks down inflammatory mediators, reducing swelling, improving tissue repair and promoting faster healing.
